Meet the Crew

Dr. Gerald Fleer is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with over 35 years of experience in women’s health. Originally from Wisconsin, he earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and has dedicated his career to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that blends deep clinical expertise with a personal touch.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Fleer enjoys spending time on the water boating and exploring Charleston’s beautiful coastline. He and his wife recently opened a local wine bar, where they share their love of community, good conversation, and great wine.
